Can anyone truly discover all the beauty that lies along the country roads within Ohio’s Amish Country? We will open your eyes to areas that tie together one beautiful mile at a time without the interference of traffic jams and semi-trucks. Grab your handlebar, cruise around 55 miles an hour and enjoy this 93 mile curvy route that takes you through Holmes, Stark, Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties.

• From the Berlin Elementary school on State Route 39 West to C.R. 201 (1.1 mile), then right on C.R. 201
• From C.R. 201 to S.R. 241 North (4.2 miles), and turn right at the stop sign on 241 North
• From 241 to C.R. 77 South (2.4 miles), then turn right at the 4 way stop sign onto C.R. 77 South
• From C.R. 77 to C.R. 160 (.04 mile), then turn left onto C.R. 160
• From C.R. 160 to Winesburg (4.7 miles), then turn left at the stop sign onto S.R. 62 East
• From Winesburg to Wilmot (5 miles), then turn right at traffic light on S.R. 250 East
• From S.R. 250 to S.R. 212 (2.2 miles), then turn left onto S.R. 212 East
• From S.R. 212 East to S.R. 39 in Dellroy (25.2 miles), then turn right onto S.R. 39 West
(There are gas stations and restaurants in Bolivar along S.R. 212 - Vaughan’s Pub, Firehouse Grill and Pub in Zoar)
• From S.R. 39 West to New Philadelphia, (12.5 miles), then turn right at the traffic light onto East High Ave.
• Continue through the square and downtown New Philadelphia to I-77
(There are gas stations, Buffalo Wild Wings and Hog Heaven along West High Ave.)
• At Interstate 77, go under the overpass and bear left onto S.R. 21 South (Stonecreek Road)
(If you bear right on S.R. 21 North, Adventure Harley Davidson is ahead on the right)
• From I-77 to Stonecreek via S.R. 21 South (8 miles), then turn right at the stop sign in Stone Creek onto S.R. 751 which is East Jefferson
• From S.R. 751 to C.R. 2 in Bakersville (5.6 miles), then turn right onto C.R. 2
• Continue .01 of a mile and bear sharp right onto C.R. 97
• From C.R. 2 to Troendly (1.7 miles), then turn left on Troendly all the way to Baltic (S.R. 93)
• From Baltic, turn right onto S.R. 93 and continue on to S.R. 39 in Sugarcreek
(You will be at the intersection of S.R. 39 and S.R. 93, and you have three options)
• From here if you turn left on S.R. 39 you will go back thru Walnut Creek, to Berlin.
• If you continue North on S.R. 93, this is a beautiful, curvy road that takes you to S.R. 250
• If you turn right on S.R. 39 East, you can go 1 mile to downtown Sugarcreek for food and fuel and it will take you 20 miles back to Dover to I-77
From Wooster, journey south down State Route 3 while enjoying the winding roads and scenic views through rich farmlands where roadsides are lined with cornfields, family farms, antique stores and wineries. Let your wheels roll through the small communities of Lakeville, Big Prairie and Nashville before traveling into Berlin, the heart of Ohio’s Amish Country. Stop for lunch in Berlin before traveling onward through Mt. Hope and Mt. Eaton as you make your way back into Wayne County and through the small communities of Dalton, Burton City and Marshallville.
