Since the day owner Ruth Schlabach opened a retail store in June 2000 on the main level of what was once a working dairy barn, Sheiyah Market in Berlin has been a shopping destination for visitors near and far.

That barn has expanded into a bustling marketplace filled with unique retail shops offering the latest fashions, home décor, jewelry, plants and gardening accessories along with coffee beverages, specialty drinks and locally made baked goods.

“On Labor Day, our new addition to the Village Gift Barn and Sheiyah Style Boutique opened, making our customer experience even better,” Schlabach said. “We have much more space throughout the market for walkers and families with strollers along with sitting areas when people need a break.” A courtyard joins the shops for a more cohesive layout.
