Ingredients:
- 10 cups (approx.) peaches
- fruit-fresh produce protector
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Butter a deep dish (11.5” X 8”).
- Slice peaches and place on bottom of dish, sprinkle fruit with Fruit-Fresh.
- Mix above ingredients into a thick batter, spoon batter over peaches. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over batter then ½ cup cold water over it.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Note: Make sure your peaches are heaping in the baking dish, peaches will cook down during baking process.
