Whip up a quick chili dinner in no time.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 310 cup chopped seeded poblano pepper
  • 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1 ¼ pound ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup black pepper
  • 1 19-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 14-ounce can chicken broth
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 lime wedges

Directions:

  1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the first four ingredients; cook 6 minutes or until the turkey is done, stirring frequently to crumble.
  2. Stir in the chili powder and the next eight ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
