Garden Fresh Pasta Salad

A quick and easy pasta salad with ingredients right out of the garden.


Ingredients:

  • 1 - 16 oz. box or bag Tri-colored Pasta
  • ½ cup sweet onion (diced)
  • ½ cup radishes (diced)
  • ½ cup carrots (diced)
  • ½ cup cucumber (diced)
  • ½ cup tomato (diced)
  • 25 slices of pepperoni (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Mrs. Dash
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • ½ cup Western or Honey French dressing

Directions:

  1. Cook and drain pasta.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta, onion, radishes, carrots, cucumber, tomato, pepperoni and cheese. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Now add the two dressings to the pasta and veggies, mix well.
  4. Add salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash to taste.
  5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. * NOTE... Add more of each dressing, if needed.
