Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup Graham Cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Using a 1 inch cookie scoop, shape into a ball.
- Keep chilled in an airtight container. Use wax paper between layers.
