A tasty snack to curb those afternoon hunger pangs.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Smooth or crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup Graham Cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Using a 1 inch cookie scoop, shape into a ball.
  4. Keep chilled in an airtight container. Use wax paper between layers.
