Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds apples, peeled, cored and sliced (Granny Smith is best)
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup butter
Directions:
- Toss apple slices with cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
- Heat in a skillet. Add apples. Cook until tender, turning them as they cook to brown on all sides. Takes about 10 minutes. *Be careful not to overcook them.
