  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 2 tbsps ketchup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 20 ozs (1 package) of refrigerated hash brown potatoes

  4. Add in ketchup, broth, Worcestershire, salt and pepper and veggies. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread mixture in bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
  6. In a medium bowl, mix potatoes, cheese and butter.
  7. Spread potato mixture over beef/veggie mixture.
  8. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are golden brown.
