Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add milk, oil and honey.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Let set for a few minutes before making them.
- If mixture thickens too much, just add a little milk.
