Kirsten and Christopher Shockey : Hands-On Miso Workshop

Kirsten and Christopher Shockey, authors of "Fermented Vegetables: Creative Recipes for Fermenting 64 Vegetables and Herbs" and "Miso, Tempeh, Natto and Other Tasty Ferments" will be at Lehman's Saturday, September 7 to teach a class on how to make Miso. This class will be hands-on and oh so delicious! Each attendee will receive the ingredients and tools they need to follow along with the class and get all their questions answered.
